APC330 is a low cost transceiver module designed for operations in the unlicensed ISM (Industrial Scientific Medical) and LPRD bands based on RFIC SI4438. Si4438 EZRadioPRO is a high-performance, low current, ISM band transceiver covering the 425 to 525 MHz frequency band for the Chinese smart meter market. The GFSK modulation, multi-channel operation, high bandwidth efficiency and anti-blocking performance make APC330 modules easy to realize the robust and reliable wireless link.

The Si4438 is specifically targeted at the Chinese meter market for reliable, long-range communication. The device exhibits exceptional output power up to +20 dBm with its integrated on-chip PA, outstanding receive sensitivity of -124 dBm while achieving extremely low active and standby current consumption.
